Audacity Futures empowers girls and young women to set meaningful goals and explore the interests, hobbies and careers that excite them. In a busy and noisy world, quieter voices can sometimes be overlooked. We help young people develop the confidence to speak up, take action and know that their ideas, talents and ambitions matter.

Using Audacity Could and Marianna Might as your guides, the Audacity Futures Programme develops mindset, changing an 'I can't do that' approach to an 'I can't do that yet' approach. Adding yet when you are faced with an obstacle allows you to pause, think and decide on a new action.

Many young people do not naturally think about setting long-term goals. Some may have ideas about their future, but those ideas can change as they grow, learn and discover new interests. Through Audacity Futures, we help young people understand why goal setting matters, how to take practical first steps, and how to adapt their goals with confidence when their plans or ambitions change.

Through the Audacity Futures programme, we work with young people to build confidence in making decisions, working as part of a team and speaking in front of others. These are important life skills that will help them grow, take opportunities and prepare for the future with greater self-belief.

Speaking in public is something many young people find difficult. Some would rather let others speak while they stay quiet in the background. Through the Audacity Futures programme, we help young people build the confidence to speak up, share their ideas and use their voice, whether in a small group or in front of a wider audience.
